Baked Bananas
HOMEHOME
For 2 servings
of baked banana
you need:
2 firm bananas;
1 Lemon;
Grated lemon
rind;
Lemon juice
1/8 c;
Brown or
cane sugar
1/8 c;
Melted butter
or margarine.

Cut bananas in
half lengthwise,
place cut side
down in a
buttered
baking dish.
Brush bananas
with lemon
juice;
sprinkle with
grated lemon
rind and brown
sugar. Drizzle
with butter.

Bake at 350
degrees for 15
to 20 minutes.
Serve warm as a
side dish with
meat, or as a
dessert plain
or with
ice cream.

Or just cut
bananas in half
and fry them in
a pan in
olive oil
on high fire.
2 to 3 minutes
per side.
